Friday to send Flowers

I had a stay in Hospital at October ( Brighton's Sussex County Hospital ) --- the local NHS has been fabulous of course and Im now feeling good indeed. The NHS is truly there to catch everyone when they fall poorly --- even idiots like me who never previously took any care and time for health, fitness, wellbeing .
